Hi, Mateusz Mamcarz, known online as xPyszczek_. Riding for as long as memory serves: dirt jump, skatepark and MTB have been my world for years. The workshop came about naturally: when you want a bike set up exactly for you, you eventually learn to build it yourself.

Knowing what it is like to ride something under-serviced, every bike here gets treated the way you would want your own back. You hear what works, what is worth replacing and what can safely wait. No forced packages, no "recommended full overhaul".

The workshop is in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Jesionowa 18). Riders come from Pruszków, Milanówek and all of western Warsaw. Book through the form, by phone or on Instagram.

I FIX

Bike and scooter service in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Dirt Jump, BMX, MTB, e-bikes, city bikes. Riders come from Pruszków, Milanówek and all of western Warsaw.

TUNE-UP
The whole bike gets checked point by point, so you see what genuinely needs work and what will happily keep rolling.

SERVICE
Parts replacement, lubrication, adjustments. As much as it takes for the bike to ride the way it should.

WHEEL BUILDING
Truing, building from scratch, spoke replacement. I work on a truing stand with a dial indicator and measure runout to tenths of a millimetre, no guessing. The wheel will survive whatever you plan to send on it.

COMPONENTS
Brakes, derailleurs, shifters, set up the way you like them. Shimano, SRAM, TRP, Magura, makes no difference to me.

DIRT JUMP
I ride dirt myself. I know what takes a beating on the ramp, how to set up a brake for tail whips and why your crank works loose every other weekend.

BMX
Park, street, dirt. Set up for your riding, not for a catalogue. Gyro, u-brake, headset and hub bearings, I know where the creaks and play like to hide.

E-BIKE
E-bike mechanics is regular bike servicing. I do brakes, wheels, components. The electronics and the motor stay untouched.

SCOOTERS
Repairs for kick, electric and petrol scooters. Brakes, wheels, bearings, folding mechanisms.

Easiest through the online form: pick a service, day and time, and you get a call back to confirm. You can also call or message on Instagram (@xpyszczek_). No drop-ins without an appointment: it is a one-man workshop and every bike deserves proper time.
Simple jobs like an adjustment or an inner tube are usually done the same day. A full tune-up or a wheel build takes 2 to 4 working days. If it is going to be different, you will hear it when booking.
Yes, that is exactly the main speciality. I have been riding dirt jump and BMX for years, I know how these bikes work and what tends to hurt them. Your service is done by someone who rides the same kit.
Yes. I do mechanical servicing, so brakes, wheels and components are no problem. I do not touch the electronics or the motor, but the mechanical side is a regular bike.
Yes, easily. From Pruszków it is about 15 min by car, from Milanówek a minute, the workshop sits right on the border. From the western districts of Warsaw it works out at about 30 minutes. Book a visit, the extra distance is worth it.
Yes. There is a repair stand, a professional wheel truing stand with a dial indicator, a torque wrench, a hydraulic bleeding kit, a hanger and rotor straightening tool, a chain tool, cone spanners, a chain whip, cassette and bottom bracket tools. The dial indicator lets me build and true wheels with millimetre precision. Every repair is done with the right tool, no improvised shortcuts.
With regular track riding, a basic tune-up every season is the way to go, in spring before you start. If you ride hard several times a week, it is worth another look mid-summer. Chain, brakes and properly trued wheels are the three things that make the biggest difference to how the bike rides.
A truing stand is a jig for truing and building wheels. The cheap version is two pieces of metal and the mechanic's eye. A professional stand with a dial indicator is a precision instrument that measures wheel deviation to tenths of a millimetre, both side to side and up and down. That lets me build and true wheels as close to perfect as physics allows, not "by eye and near enough". For dirt jump, BMX or MTB wheels that take hard hits, spoke precision makes a real difference in durability.
Truing is adjusting spoke tension in an existing wheel so it stops wobbling. Building is assembling a wheel from scratch: rim, hub, spokes, nipples. You build when there is a new hub or rim, or when the spokes are too worn to save. Truing is enough when the wheel itself is sound. Both are done on a professional truing stand with a dial indicator.
The simplest check is a chain wear gauge. At 0.75 it is worth replacing, because you save the cassette. Wait until 1.0 and the cassette goes together with the chain and you pay several times more. The chain gets checked at every service, so you will know when it is time.
Yes, bleeding is one of the most common jobs here. I do Shimano, SRAM, TRP, Hope and Magura. Bleeding, fluid replacement, bite point adjustment. If the lever feels spongy or pulls all the way to the bar, it is time for hydraulic service. From 100 zł per circuit, depending on model and condition.
